The staff member exhibited a high level of unprofessionalism and was unpleasant to interact with. He persistently attempted to complicate the process unnecessarily. This transaction should have taken only a few minutes, yet I found myself there for approximately 30 minutes. The staff member was quite argumentative and was reluctant to accept my payment in full. This is not how paying customers should be treated if a business aims to succeed in the long term. It is evident that the staff members require further training in customer service skills. I know of many excellent individuals who possess strong customer service abilities, should you require assistance.
