I was in the process having bathroom remodeled and requested refinishing be done prior to plumbing being fixtures installed. Was told that bathroom needed to be completed, complied since they were the "professionals". 1st scheduled appt was unable to complete job window had to be opened (old house) understood not a problem rescheduled. This time technician came in and stated all plumbing fixtures had to be removed and appeared a little short, where I the customer was apologizing. Called plumber to have him now remove all fixtures which he was sending someone out that morning, then was told they would not do the job and that was OK. One thing I've learned spending 30 years in customer service. There is always someone who can do the same job as well if not better.
