  Just attempted to move here from Florida (moving back out tomorrow) and I didnt know the ropes. I had no food so was looking forward to getting to this food bank. I walked in with a rollie suitcase, only to be told they are not allowed, plus I didnt have any bags, so that meant no food (u have to supply ur own bag). Nancy, the owner was very rude to me and spoke down to me like a child when I'm 41yrs old. I got up and explained "I didn't come here for this" and i sat in the vehicle waiting for the other two I was there with. So went for food, and walked away being treated nastily and was denied food.

  We made a mistake using this company to install our spray foam insulation. We were specifically told it would take 3 days to complete. Due to a lack of communication, issues with crew members, and them not having the equipment in working order we didn't have this job completed for 3 1/2 weeks! On top of that, they were incredibly difficult to get a hold of, and slow to provide answers to basic questions about their services. We had to call off work just to be here to let them in with just a days notice! While I was home (had to schedule off another day because while they were spraying the insulation they stepped on and tore apart pieces of our air ducts in the attic, and had to come back to repair it another day) I could hear crew members calling us liars about how the air ducts were damanged while they were in the attic. What a joke! Buyers beware, there is someone out there who can do your insulation better, and with much better customer service, at least I hope!
