  We had an outstanding experience with our roofing sales rep, Andrew, and couldn’t be more impressed.   Andrew Fail with Allegiance Roofing Systems LLC was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The work was done efficiently and the quality turned out great. Everything was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend Andrew and his team to anyone needing roofing work done.

  Thankfully my brother was on the scene after job was supposedly finished. Found tar all over exterior wall, and deck furniture . Ext. tile was missing , debris left on roof and first floor patio, drain line left in middle of roof , debris from replacement of skylight left inside of condo without alerting of same , broken outlet cover and hose connection left on patio which were fine before roof job. If not for my brothers observation this would have been left as is . I am sorry to say that I was very upset with the final result . Someone has to be held accountable for checking the job site to make sure all is satisfactory. I had two people awaiting my consensus on your company . I’m sorry to say what started off with a good aura turned out with such a bad review. On a good note Thomas came back apologetic and got things straightened out immediately but it shouldn’t have come to that. If you would like to you can contact me any time to discuss.
