  Tom was excellent. Came within a few hours of our call. Explained everything he was doing, explained the pricing for the company and the parts that needed to be replaced and helped us know what we could do to maintain our AC better in the future.

  Jack did a great job, very professional and he listened closely to our specific needs, giving us what we needed to solve our specific problems (multi-mini-split system) rather than pushing us into some other products.

  Seth is fantastic. The rest of the company is TBD. We had a fabulous experience with Seth who helped us through a broken A/C at home while we were out of town. He was exactly the no-nonsense kind of person we needed on a repair vs buy decision. We bought a new system from him and the rest of the team had the new machine installed in a few days. Unfortunately, our $15k brand new system stopped blowing cold air only two weeks later. When I called to request support, the sweet girl answering the phone said she could get someone out tomorrow. I should not have to ask for they to review the schedule to see if they could squeeze us in that afternoon. Already got my money, so no urgency? I asked nicely for a same day appointment and they did accommodate. Seth returned and diagnosed a sensor issue. He got the machine working, ordered parts and said they would schedule a repair in two days. They did; however, called a few minutes into the arrival window to explain an earlier call went longer than expected and could they move us to the following Monday. I had just left a family function to be home for the 4-hour arrival window, missing out on my daughter’s activity to be there. Disappointed that I missed that for nothing. We have also learned that part of our $15k purchase was not actually delivered. We paid for it but never would have known that we received only 1 of 2 replacement sections of our intake/output if the darn thing hadn’t broken. When I am dealing with Seth, I am confident in what I’m receiving. Not so much with all the rest. But now I’m locked in. I have to trust and wait because they own me until I’m out of warranty. I will say, as compared to the other yahoos we dealt with (do NOT use Snyder!), Elite has great communication and fair pricing. It’s just unfortunate that we’ve had a rough go of it.

  Forrest came after I requested a second opinion for an issue with my system. He identified the issue within 10 minutes In addition he identified another area of concern offered a resolution and took the time to review the needs, have a proposed timeline, cost estimate and possible source of finance. I appreciate his time, patient and explanations. kudos

  Forest was a literally a breath of fresh cool air. I'm old school so it seems so rare to have a skilled, polite obviously professional show up. He knew what he was doing and displayed it with precise communication. Forest returned to complete the process of cleaning our system to readying us for another JVille summer. He did a thoroughly professional job. Thankfully some items were still under warranty. Forest is a very nice gentleman.
