  Couldn't be happier with Duck Duck Rooter! Philip arrived at 10:30, right at the start of a 10–2 window, which never happens, and immediately impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge, skill, and communication throughout the whole job. Calling the company was just as smooth. Pricing was transparent from the start, I was given a clear starting price and multiple options, and at no point did I feel pressured or upsold on anything I didn't need. What really sealed it: we previously had a competitor come out 2 days ago who quoted nearly double the price, without even inspecting the septic or drain lines first. Duck Duck Rooter actually did the work and found the problem before throwing numbers at us. Highly recommend Philip and the whole Duck Duck Rooter team. We'll be calling them first from now on

  We returned home after an extended vacation to find our AC unit not working. I called the next morning to schedule a repair and later that afternoon the technician came out and diagnosed the issue and promptly made the repair. I was very pleased with the technician and his knowledge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has AC issues.

  I recently used Duck Duck Rooter for my kitchen and shower drains, which were both moving very slow. I got an appointment in just a day….Tristen came to my house and in less than 1/2 hour both drains were working perfectly. Tristen was friendly and professional, a real asset to the company. I highly recommend this company….very professional and much less expensive than other companies I’ve used. They also called the next day to make sure all was working properly.

Our on-demand Rinnai tankless water heater failed, and after placing a service call, they were out the very next day—which happened to be a Saturday. I really appreciated that they don’t upcharge for weekend service, which is rare and speaks to their integrity right away. After diagnosing the issue, it became clear the repair would cost nearly as much as replacing the unit. The team walked me through the options, and I decided to move forward with a full replacement since it made more sense financially. They were able to install the new tankless water heater the same day, and had everything up and running within just a few hours. Our technician, William, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident operating the new system before he left. On top of that, every customer service representative I spoke with throughout the process was friendly, responsive, and professional. Duck Duck Rooter is hands down the best plumbing company I’ve worked with. Fair pricing, exceptional service, and a seamless experience all around.
