  I am thrilled with my new Brittanicca Gold Quartz kitchen countertop for Champagne Stone. Joe and his crew were professional, easy to work with and did a wonderful job from start to finish. Champagne has a broad selection of stone, and I found their prices extremely competitive. I highly recommend Champagne Stone and won’t hesitate to have them back when I do my bathroom vanities.

  Champagne installed our kitchen countertops in July 2025 and overall we are very pleased with their service. They were very patient and cooperative when it came to allowing us to bring home samples. They even cut a sample for us from a scrap piece for a design that they did not have in the showroom. The seam was flawlessly done which was one of our big concerns. Also we had to reduce depth of some cabinets and the transition curve for this was beautifully and smoothly done. we also had some concerns about our countertop finish. Champagne contacted the manufacturer for us and a warranty person contacted us about our concerns. The only complaint I have is the smallest piece of countertop had a poorly cut edge and was not smoothed in any way. We pointed it out before installation and asked the installers to smooth it but they refused and said that was normal. All of the edges for the larger pieces were smooth but not polished where it went against the wall.. We did speak, I believe, to Joe Ortiz about it when we went in to make final payment and it seemed he agreed with us that it was not correct. My husband contacted them several times since but we have not been contacted concerning this.
