  We got numerous estimates and visited several showrooms before choosing About Floors n’ More for our flooring needs. They were the highest of the estimates but I truly believe that we were getting the best quality flooring for the money, an important factor in determining our choice. Once the product arrived JD and his crew, John and Mike did a great job installing the LVP in four rooms of our home. They were not only really nice guys, but efficient, focused and professional. They took the time to answer any questions we had, appreciated the product they were installing and genuinely seemed to enjoy the work they were doing. Would highly recommend them for any flooring installation.

  They did a wonderful job! The Mohawk laminate floors are absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail was amazing. It’s not easy living in a home under demo while also working from home, but Fabio, Adobo, and their crew made the experience so much better. Fabio was respectful, open to questions, and made sure I never felt uncomfortable—even working side by side in a small house with a lot going on. In the evenings, he ensured essentials like my refrigerator and oven were put back so I could use them if needed. They even vacuumed thoroughly before leaving each day, which made it feel safe for me and my children. I also want to give props to Bryant, the supervisor, who was incredibly informative and explained the moisture barrier issue and its impact on the existing hardwood floors. He also took the time to talk through potential new projects and remained connected through text as needed. Thank you, too, to Rick, owner of About Floors n More who operated as our salesperson. This gentleman has excellent customer service, communication and a great sense of humor. I appreciated everyone’s professionalism and care throughout the process. Highly recommend this team!

  I highly recommend contacting Liz Rhoden with About Floors N More. She is super knowledgeable, nice, and customer service oriented. She has helped me and my customers on numerous occasions. Amazing experience after amazing experience!
