  💩Called Mobile Home Depot for a door, picked it up, drove 30+ mins home… wrong size. Drove back, they swap it, COOL but charge me MORE for the extra 2 inches like it was somehow my fault 💀 zero accountability. 🥵Get home AGAIN… frame is bent. So now I’m making a THIRD trip because clearly they gave me a used/returned door the second time. Finally get one that’s actually decent, but still no apology, no credit, nothing. They know they’re the only option around and act like it. Staff moving slow like time doesn’t exist… had to wait for a guy to empty his pockets (just a phone and cigarettes lol) before helping me load a 30 lb door. Same dude joking about needing glasses when he literally loaded the wrong door twice 😭 🤟If you’re still reading… thanks lol. Did you see that 1-star review about the return pipe? They replied saying they only accept returns if it’s brought back the same way it was purchased… then said they couldn’t take it back because it was cut by them?? Like what 😭 dude literally brought it back exactly how he got it. Make it make sense. Also btw — watch out for nails in the parking lot. I’ll post a pic but there were a bunch scattered around. This place really does not care.

  Absolutely worst customer service. They need to learn their return policy that they tell their customers.
