  We couldn’t be happier with Mauro’s AC! They’ve handled multiple services across all of our homes, including new installations, and every experience has been exceptional. Mauro provides outstanding customer service and is incredibly reliable. Even the city permit inspector mentioned he’s one of the best to work with—which says a lot. We highly recommend Mauro’s AC to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and peace of mind!

  May of 2022 I had a brand new Trane AC unit installed, including all new duct work. I was told when purchasing a new unit there is a 2 year warranty on labor, and a 10 year part warranty for all functioning parts. It is listed on my receipt, as well. Last Thursday my capacitor broke. A technician came out, put in the capacitor, and told me my bill was $250. He knocked off the service call fee, which brought my bill down to $150. So I had to pay $150.00 for a part that is supposed to be under warranty until 5-4-2032, according to my receipt. Wanted to share my experience to make others aware, when you think you have a “parts warranty” you clearly DO NOT!

  Please accept this review as my personal assurance you will not find a better HVAC company in the greater Hudson/Tampa area. I am one who maybe over-thinks much, and as such I admittedly did quite a bit of homework into the selection of the HVAC system we were needing to replace and relocate (somewhat complex install). Thankfully Mauro was involved. I knew after first meeting Mauro, that he was the one to do the job. Mauro was personally involved throughout the entire process; from unselfishly spending time ensuring we were informed and comfortable choosing the best suited equipment that satisfied our needs/desires to remaining involved right through the equipment delivery/installation/startup instruction. Mauro made sure the entire selection and install was spot on and above expectations. This praise is not only solely with respect to Mauro, but also to his deserving full extended team, which IMO is a big part of why this HVAC business is a winner! The teamwork witnessed was refreshing to see that such still exists in today's world, and they were all honest, patient, polite, caring, and super knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed with Mauro’s Air Conditioning & Heating. I confidently recommend them to all needing HVAC services. Thanks Mauro and team!
