  I don't know how to describe it but dealing with Washburn was not only terrific but very smooth. They arrived did the job cleaned up unbelievably and left with nothing but praise from me. Paperwork was in order and easy to understand. Even coordination with the wind mitigation people after the job was completed went very well. In today's day and age where you can't rely on anybody to do the job properly and on time, Washburn roofing is definitely refreshing. Thank you to the whole staff from the owner, office and the skilled folks involved on the roof. They were phenomenal and again, you can't go wrong with Washburn.

  Randy and Colina are fantastic to work with. They take all the time you need to explain the process and products and answer questions. Doing my own research, their Atlas shingles are very high quality at a reasonable price. Their crew was on time and efficient. No subcontractors. All their own employees. Everything was cleaned up like they were never there. And my new roof looks beautiful with better ventilation for my garage and lanai. Please support this family-owned local business. They really live up to the 5 stars!

  Mr Washburn and team did a wonderful and quick job replacing the roof on my mother’s home as we’ve been getting it ready for sale. He also kindly fit us into his schedule so we could have it done before putting it on market. The removal was one day and the new roof took two due to the high heat index we’d been having. The workers were very careful of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned up thoroughly, including the gutters, and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team’s work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails. We were very happy with their friendly and experienced services and would most definitely recommend them.
