He stayed to fix it over 3 hours. He was efficient and cleaned everything up like nothing happened. I’ve never called a company with quick service. They either transfer you to someone or have to call you back. Not Allen. He was great and handled the stressful situation. He will be the only one I will call with plumbing needs. He knew just what to do and got it out and replaced it with a new one. Obviously very experienced. He will be the guy we call when we need another plumber.
