  A new roof is a costly project, so we did extensive research before we hired Earl W. Johnston to replace ours, and we are so happy we went with them! We had an outstanding experience with Earl Johnston Roofing, and I can confidently say they set the standard for what a roofing company should be. From the very first consultation with Mike to the final inspection, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The team was punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the project. Communication was consistent and clear, which made a potentially stressful home project feel completely manageable. The entire office team, Noeliz, Megan, Cathy, Lisa were responsive to every call and email. The teardown and installation crews were also excellent and respectful of our property. On installation day, the crew worked efficiently and respectfully, protecting our property and keeping the work area clean. The quality of the workmanship is excellent: everything was completed with precision and attention to detail, and the finished roof looks fantastic. When they are done, they pick up everything and leave the site as they found it. It’s clear that Earl Johnston Roofing takes pride in their work and stands behind the quality they deliver. What truly sets them apart is their professionalism and integrity. There were no surprises, no hidden issues, and everything was completed exactly as promised and on schedule. We went with Walnut Creek blend for our tile color, and when my husband was concerned with the color patterns, Mike came to do a walkthrough with him to assuage all his concerns. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. We are extremely happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Earl Johnston Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality roofing company. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

  I had to replace my entire roof, not being ready financially it was insurance requesting due to age of roof. Earl Johnston was professional and work really fast got the permit within days to start the project manager made sure no debris was left behind, the workers really work fast they come ready to work. I would use them again. If you need a roofing repairs consider Earl Johnston.
