  I gave up on them after trying to simply order a door and not getting an estimate for 4-5 weeks..? once I got the estimate it only says "1 fiberglass door" when asked about details on the estimate, the most basic, common thing..crickets again..: at end of day today..tomorrow morning..no real follow up..next day...with no real reply or professional attention, such a waste of time.

  The best windows and doors company in South Florida! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician made sure everything was installed perfectly and in great shape. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the job was done—they reached out just to make sure we were completely happy with the results. If you’re looking to buy new windows or doors, this is the company to go with. Excellent service, great quality, and true professionalism. Make sure to contact them—you won’t be disappointed!

  Poor service, took more than a year to finish the project. The quality of work is below standard. The communication with the office and the workers was minimal. They would start working, and no show up for the next three days without explanation. Left garbage in the apartment and some materials. I called the office to let time know and no-one came to pick them up. I used Simu Hurricane Glass Solutions for my other window project and it was impeccable. I am not recommending America's Window&Door Store.

  I HIGHLY recommend Americas Window and Door for anyone. They’re the BEST!!! Extremely professionals in every single aspect. I was very satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. I only have compliments to make. Michelle truly cares about your need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable, as well super clean and organized. I’m a 100% satisfied customer! And believe it is not that easy to please me.
