  I recently had windows and doors installed by America’s Window & Door Store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Michelle Davis, the owner, is incredibly detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping her customers make the best choices. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation by Jorge Chaparro was amazing. Everything was done beautifully and with great care.   UPDATE: since I posted the original review. The owner, Michelle, stepped in and took charge of the process, hearing what I had to say and acted to get it done. I was ready to move on but her willingness to hear me out and follow through personally and calmly made me reconsider and they delivered. So I changed the review to recommended. I would call Michelle again without hesitation if I need another door or window. I will leave the previous review for anyone that care to see what happened. Regards. / ORIGINAL REVIEW" I gave up on them after trying to simply order a door and not getting an estimate for 4-5 weeks..? once I got the estimate it only says "1 fiberglass door" when asked about details on the estimate, the most basic, common thing..crickets again..: at end of day today..tomorrow morning..no real follow up..next day...with no real reply or professional attention, such a waste of time.

  The best windows and doors company in South Florida! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician made sure everything was installed perfectly and in great shape. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the job was done—they reached out just to make sure we were completely happy with the results. If you’re looking to buy new windows or doors, this is the company to go with. Excellent service, great quality, and true professionalism. Make sure to contact them—you won’t be disappointed!
