  I’ve done business with lumber liquidators multiple times, but this is the only time I have ever felt compelled to leave a positive review. The primary reason for the amazingly positive experience at this particular lumber liquidators is because of John Thais. Every time I stopped in the store or called on the phone for whatever the reason may have been, not only was John helpful, but he was always just an upbeat, positive person. I feel like most people don’t care about their job or customer service today, so it’s a real pleasure to do business with somebody that truly cares, makes an effort, and is a really nice guy. Thanks for all of your help, John. I truly appreciate you.

  I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from John Thais, Sales Associate, at Lumber Liquidators at the Holly Hill, FL location. He went over and beyond to help me find flooring that was discontinued. He was courteous and very accomodating. When I decide to replace my floors, I will definitely go back to Lumber Liquidators and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you John. Carmelina
