It was 4:40 PM I was going to have to sleep there overnight, parked in front to stop people from coming into the shop. I mentioned that to their dispatcher. He had Scott out there within half an hour. INCREDIBLE service, incredible job. GREAT price!!! Second time. One of the wires that connects to the sensors had too much extra wire when someone else installed it. It got wrapped up in the gear and ripped off in 3 places. So I couldn't close the door using the remote. Scott came out, fixed it quick, did some rewiring. incredible service, incredible job and amazing price. I highly recommend this company FYI... I had called four other companies when I had the first incident, they all didn't want to come out right away and/or were rude and/or had answering services. Boss has one of the employees answering and took care of me fast. Thank you guys 😊
