  This is a review for the OCALA Location that I was told to leave at the Holly Hill, Fl site because Ocala is not listed on your home page. Please add Ocala to your home page for customer convenience. Adding to my great experience with Genevieve at the OCALA store, I need to say that the two Installers (Paulo & Marshall) also made our experience with Cabinets To Go a very pleasurable one! They arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and were always making certain they were doing all the things we needed to be done during the install so that we were satisfied with the work. I can't say enough about their professionalism, quality work and "can do" attitude. We love our new cabinets in both bathrooms! A very satisfactory install! I would recommend them to everyone!

  So what I am understanding from the comments, is that if everything runs smooth with the orders, the customer service is great (of course), but if there are any hiccups.. they could care less and take zero responsibility. Well.. that sucks! If things go south, I would want a company that works with me and makes things less stressfull.

  We were referred to Cabinets to go by a family member and she wasn't wrong about her opinion of the Cabinet to go staff , they helped us make and educated decision. Veneta guided us through the whole process and very creative.

  We ordered kitchen cabinets from this company and unfortunately the entire process has been extremely frustrating. When our cabinets were scheduled to be delivered, we had already hired and paid an installation crew to come that day. However, when the cabinets arrived, the order was completely wrong, making it impossible for the installers to do any work. We still had to pay the crew for their time even though the mistake was entirely on the company’s end. When we contacted the store to correct the issue, the replacement order was still incorrect and missing a cabinet. On top of that, we were told we would have to pay another delivery fee and purchase the missing cabinet that should have been included in the first place. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely unprofessional and even hung up on my husband while he was trying to discuss the situation. At no point did anyone offer compensation for the inconvenience or acknowledge that we’ve now been without a functioning kitchen for an entire week because our old cabinets were already removed in preparation for the installation. We escalated the issue to corporate and the regional manager and were told we would receive a response by Monday. It is now nearly the end of the day and no one has followed up, forcing us to reach out again ourselves to send another email to have the situation escalated yet again. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to make things right has made this an incredibly disappointing experience.

  I had a truly awful experience with this company. My order was completely wrong—they shipped five microwave cabinets, four refrigerator cabinets, and no wall cabinets. When I called the manager Venita and sales rep Devon to fix the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. To make matters worse, the attempt to correct the order was also incorrect. And on top of it all, they tried to charge me another $250 shipping fee for the correct order. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again.
