  Quality of work was good. Almost 8 months from putting 50% down to the dock was started. Owner is rude and condescending. We wrote a yelp review and we got a phone call from her and an argument. She then writes a few paragraph response to the yelp review. Her response was incorrect, she said the water levels was low and we agreed on it. Unfortunately, in January 2023, there were no water level concerns. As a matter of fact still to this day, the water has not been as high as it was the day they installed the dock. When starting the project, the project manager showed us where the roof was going to go onto our dock. We informed them there was no roof. He then showed us what else was going on and we told him that was incorrect. We had to go to the county, correct the permit, so that when the inspection was done they matched. The county was very helpful and showing us what we needed to do to get this corrected. We were never called that the job was completed and for us to go over the completion. . We had no way of getting to our dock, unless we slid down a mud hill. This had been talked about several times that we need a ramp steps or something prior to the submission of plans or anything. The first time we met, we told them we were not for sure if a dock could go in there. It was on a hill and we needed a ramp or steps.. She always said oh Brad is great at ramps well we didn’t get either we ask about it they told us it was going to be another $1500. I thought maybe it was a personality conflict with her because she’s very hard to get along with and very condescending. I didn’t write a review right away. Once talking to several people including our accountant that dealt with them we found out it wasn’t a personality conflict She treated them the same condescending way. I would’ve not written any review, if not from other people in the town having the same issues with her condescending ways. One person we met said maybe she should’ve stuck to her sign language as she cannot treat people with Respect . The crew that did the dock were very professional, and did a good job at the dock, but did not clear out as they told us they were going to the area around, we tried to call them regarding all the issues and left a message. The call was never returned nor did he either one of them meet us out there and say here’s your dock. What do you think? Any concerns anything. They don’t just build docs, they have their hands in so many other areas, including flooring Remodeling and so forth I will continue to tell everybody I see what they did to us and how she made us feel. I have never been treated the way she treated myself and my husband ever by any business. She might think she’s better than us because that’s the way she acts but she sure isn’t. I know I treat people with respect and how I would like to be treated . In all honesty, we were leery about writing any review and didn’t do it to well over a year later, because we were afraid of retaliation from this woman. When we ask why it was taking so long to get started on the building of the dock, she got snippy and said Brad had broken his arm or hand, and they had both been sick with the flu, it was excused after excused after excuse. The word I’m sorry never came out of the woman’s mouth. I would stay away from this business. Honestly, if they would’ve been kind and responded to the Yelp review as most businesses do sorry you had a bad experience. Hopefully we can do better in the future. It’s never like that from her. It’s an argument because she’s never wrong. Owning a business myself, I would always respond to negative reviews with a positive statement

  We love our new dock!! Brad and his Crew were professional, courteous, and did more than we expected!! We are going to use them for another upcoming project!
