Awesome company from dispatch to the end results! Casey and Ethan were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice guys! They provided several options which helped us make a decision. Sansone was quick to respond, was on time and had excellent communication with us as to when they would arrive and how long the job would take. Overall was a great experience and will definitely recommend them and Sansone for any job.

Arrived from NY to a chilly at night Florida. Around 2P.M. try to turn on heat - nothing, burner won’t light. Call Sansone office and polite and professional phone person surprises me offering a service call for 4 - 8 window the same day! Tech calls at 7:30 having trouble at previous call. He is 40 miles away and will still come if we want. I agree and can track his truck, when he enters my neighborhood I am able to greet him in Front on driveway. Friendly and cheerful. Able to order guaranteed part. We were not too cold thru the night! Sansone couldn’t have done anything more to try to get us up and running.

I have four years of experience using this company to service my AC in my Florida home. Service quality is highly dependent on the technician and often problematic.
I inherited a high end Carrier AC (2017 installation from Sansone paid by the previous home owner) which suffered a blown motor two years into my home ownership. Carrier denied responsiblity because I am the second owner and I was out of the five year warranty period (for second owners) by two months. Sansone replaced the motor at considerable cost to me (> $ 2000). The replacement motor failed again after 18 months or so. I was then informed by Sansone that the new motor was only warrantied for a year. So my choices were (a) buy another motor or (b) buy a new AC. I opted for (b) and bought a new Lennox AC from Sansone in April 2024. I had some installation issues (smell from the new unit) which were resolved by a subsequent visit by a nice technician.
After the second maintenance this April because the unit had shut off due to a clogged condensate line, a technician came and cleaned out the condensate line. Four weeks later, the AC shut off again. The condensate line had not been cleaned properly and moreover, the tehnician had not leveled the first float switch which did not function as designed. The pan underneath the AC was full of water but thankfully that float swich in the pan had worked. The same technican came over and cleaned out the condensate line again (with cleaners) and sold me an iFLO device to keep the condensate line clean. He assured me that the device would automatically dispense cleaning agent every two weeks. I downloaded the iFLO app but was told it wasn't needed. The technician did not offer to help me set up the app to monitor the function of the iFLO and I trusted him and let the matter be. I migrated up north in early May.
I had another routine maintenance done in October during my absence. I came back to my Florida home two weeks back and noticed that the iFLO bottle was still nearly full seven months post installation. Clearly, the condensate line had not been cleaned by the device as it had not been dispensing cleaner. I called the company and was told that I needed another service visit to troubleshoot the iFLO device and to help me set up the app. This is the kind of service I am experiencing with this company. Testing my patience at this point.

We came home on Christmas Eve day to an old water heater that had finally lived out its time and sprung a large leak. So we called Sansone based on its great reviews and soon learned why the company had such nice feedback. Within an hour or so Casey showed up and gave us an estimate on a new high quality unit. 2 hours after that the new water heater was installed and ready to go. Casey was a very nice and knowledgeable technician. We now plan on using Sansone for all our service needs on any plumbing, AC, or electrical issues we encounter.

find it very disheartening that a company would be so inconsiderate toward its neighbors. I am submitting this complaint due to the excessive number of vehicles parked up and down Grove Street, which is creating blight in the community. I recently visited my mother, and this situation was never an issue in the past.
It is troubling to see this happening in the area where she lives. I respectfully ask that you find a proper and appropriate location to store your vehicles rather than using public streets and negatively impacting the neighborhood.
