  Recently had an A/C Tune up and it was an excellent experience. The technician, Seepal, was communicative, punctual and explained everything in real time. He also recommended additional services that could be done to improve A/C efficiency, but did not push just to make a sale. Thank you Seepal and Sansone!

  I don't recall the name of the lady I talked to, but she was awesome. She took my info and said a man would be by within an hour to 4 hours. One hour later a man named CJ called and let me know he was 30 minutes out. He diagnosed my issue, gave me some options, then began to replace my leaky hot water heater. CJ was awesome. Kept me updated with the install every step of the way. He made sure I didn't have any questions and explained everything perfectly. I am SO glad I called Sansone and will definitely be calling them in the future when I have any other plumbing, hvac, or electric work i need addressed.

  Used Sansone under an Air Conditioner maintenance contract at a previous address with good experience. I moved and tried to set up the new address with an air conditioner maintenance contract. Sansone wanted me to pay 30% more for the first visit than the per visit cost a maintenance contract even though I was an existing customer at a previous address. I offered to pay the same per visit cost of the maintenance contract for the first visit and also buy a maintenance contract, but Sansone was not willing to accept. Hard to understand how Sansone is willing to walk away from an existing customer over $50 especially when there are routinely specials for A/C maintenance. Disappointing logic and customer service. Update 2/24/26. Sansone called to address my initial review. They were polite and apologetic and offered to perform the first visit service at a reasonable price. It appears the issue I ran into was a training issue with the original customer service rep. Based on Sansone's response I raised my rating to 3 stars to reflect the good quality of service I received at a previous address balanced by the problem of trying to establish service at my new address. I already contracted with a different A/C Company for maintenance by the time Sansone called, but would be willing to contract with Sansone in the future given their response.

  Elliot is a great technician! Always courteous, thoughtful and very thorough when answering my questions. He helped me understand my air-conditioning thermostat better and how to make adjustments to all the settings 😊 I highly recommend him and Sansone Air Conditioning.

  The old company was great. My in-laws got their ac from them and we did as well. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We kept up the maintenance with them for the extended warranty and had maintenance every 6 months with the same older gentleman. He had mentioned he was thinking of retiring so when we saw someone new a couple years ago we assumed he retired; However, the new guy kept talking about us needing a new ac soon even though we were still under warranty. He stated saying all sorts of things that no one had ever mentioned before -slime in the coils, pressure building up in the lines etc. He said the coils could not be cleaned except by them and they could only be cleaned by removing them and that it would be $1500. Then he said there was nothing we could do to prevent the build up even with them coming out every 6 months. I was pretty annoyed. He wanted to set us up right away with a 5 ton for 11K. I told him ill wait until our ac totally dies on us and that if they only last 5-6 years id rather buy the cheapest unit. Needless to say I googled the company and found out that sansone was bought out in 2022. So they are no longer a locally family owner company but part of a corporation. Most of the bad reviews are within the past several months. Since we are near the end of the warranty we will probably go with another company for maintenance. I dont trust that something may go wrong since they are so eager to change our ac. We did figure out how to clean the coils and prevent build up.
