  Really great experience from booking all the way through to resolution. Had a drainage issue that was preventing my toilet from flushing. Was able to book an appt online in the evening for the following morning. Eli was professional and knowledgeable and took his time assessing the situation before giving suggested solutions to the clog in my main drainage pipe, along with transparent pricing before performing the work. He was very thorough in removing the obstruction and I felt confident the issue was completely resolved when he was done. I would recommend Sansone for their trustworthiness and for making the experience of having to even call a plumber in the first place, as stress free as possible.

  Seepal was my ac technician today and he did a fabulous job. He came in with a big smile, and that was the first thing I noticed additionally, I live in a townhouse and my air handler is in the scuttle hole not an easy place to get into thank God he was small framed. He took photos of everything and then went over every item that needed to be addressed not to mention several other items that I did not know . My AC was installed in July 2024, The knowledge he provided me was very helpful and down the road I will take advantage of what he recommended. To me he gets a total of FIVE STARS. I want him back at my house whenever I need service. One last comment I do have a dog and for those people that do I highly recommend that you let Sansone know ahead of time so your Technician can be prepared. Thankyou Seepal.

  Probably the best experience I ever had with an ac contractor. Felix, the tech. Easily found my freon leak and carefully and slowly explained all my options without being pushy. Brian, the manager, also did the same to follow up. No hard sell techniques, just much info to make my decision easier. They answered my service request within minutes and were here within a couple of hours Now that is service above and beyond. I highly recommend Sansone without any reservations. The $89 service fee is fully refundable if we go ahead with install. Looks like I will after I research a little more.

  This is not a trustworthy company! We called Sansone for what should have been a straightforward repair - a blocked drainage pipe - but instead of clearing the blockage, the technician made what in retrospect was a halfhearted attempt to vacuum it, and then insisted that the only way to fix the problem was an expensive ongoing chemical treatment (which we now know wasn’t needed at all). All the focus was on us needing to pay for subscriptions and expensive upsells. Something felt off. So we got a second opinion. The new company easily blew out the blockage, explained why the expensive treatment was completely unnecessary, and actually performed a proper inspection of the system, explaining it all to us simply. It was incredibly disappointing to see a company take advantage of customers’ trust like this.

  Eli was amazing! We were really happy with our experience yesterday with Sansone Air Condition. We had a broken pipe in the attic where rats were getting in for months. The pipe was in a very tight and uncomfortable spot on the corner of the attic. It was difficult to get to. Eli had to lay on his stomach to cut the pipe and glue the studor cap vent. He was very pleasant and professional! Excellent. The price was reasonable and we are very pleased. I have saved his name and the company name for any future issues. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again!
