  Marcus was a Much better than last service tech I had in January. He got air and heat working. I feel more confident this time system is fixed. Last tech would NOT get out of my house. He kept demanding payment for a system that was less than a year old. Claimed loose wire ?, part replacement? Service plan? He would not leave. Very scary. Hopefully tech no longer works for company. Not to mention my utility bill was $280. for month. Ask for management to get ahold of me and never did.

  They quoted me $4500 for a split unit installed. I asked “If I go with Watts will you throw in a cleaning/servicing of my home unit included in the price?” They said they would. The installers said I needed to talk to my salesman about that. My salesman called me Thursday and told me he would get right back to me about being put on the schedule. Here it is Sunday and no word back. I was on hold on Friday for 23 minutes with nobody picking up to answer my question. The installers were great but the customer service has been horrible. I wish I would have gone with Frank Gay.

  The person that made my appointment was Very professional, knowledgeable and I was able to get an appointment for the same day. I love how they keep in touch during the day of your appointment. Arrival time, a picture of the person you are expecting, when they arrive, etc. Prices are reasonable and they will let you know ahead of time. The Technician (Jose) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I Love this company!

  Watts Air Conditioning was right on time for my appointment! The last time they were here, the tech warned me of a couple parts that needed to be replaced plus another part that was under warranty that needed replacing. He said I had a little time Since it was winter. At that time, I was given an itemized invoice email of what it would cost. It ended up being a little bit cheaper! Hugo was my tech this time and he did a really good job! Very friendly and full of information for me about the warranty, etc.. I have used Watts since the 1990s and I have never been disappointed!! And now they offer plumbing and electrical also! I’ll be keeping them in mind if I ever need that service! Thank you, Watts… You’re the best!!

  Nedd He was pleasant and was checking everything. The compressor kept shutting down. Nedd , myself and my friend all saw that the quick disconnect Unit was bad. After taking the disconnect out a couple times it started working and is still working. I Don’t understand why he didn’t say that i needed a new one. . Instead he had a rep come to discuss prices of a new unit. I paid $228 which included a $99. Service fee. Nothing was replaced, freon was good …so was the other $129. For his Time(labor).? The gentleman that came today (scott) to give my prices on a new unit but agreed its the disconnect unit and i need a new disconnect unit. I have always delt with watts and i know they are a good company. Just not a good outcome yesterday I have talked with Watts And I told them what Scott found and we found also and I was happy about that and also they are refunding me back $129 as nothing was purchased and I did pay the service fee for Someone to come out so I’m happy that I’m being refunded. Now I’m just waiting for a price on the disconnect outside my house.
