  Scott was able to find the problem and explained it the right way.Previous to this I was told there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing could be done to fix it.Not only that I called and asked for a Free Estimate to fix the problem.Well I was charged $99.00.Cant believe that and the problem was found after with no problem.And now I’m going to be charged.I don’t mind that but should be compensated for the crap I went thru

  Watts AC Plumbing & Electric did an amazing job installing our mini split system! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The installation was smooth, clean, and clearly done with care and attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

  One of their technicians pulled out in front of me on 27 near their office, without stopping or even looking. I almost hit him. When I went around him, barely missing him, I was thinking he would at least gesture, wave maybe, conveying he was sorry. But no, he had his phone in his hand. I don't think he ever even saw me, as his focus was on his phone, which almost caused an accident. Im currently on the phone now for 20 minutes, and all im getting is a recording. No live person will answer me. I would never use them based on the unprofessional way their techs, and office operate.

  I don't know where Watts hires their technicians but I pray they don't change. This issue of ours started with the coldest air of the winter season. We completely lost our heat pump. To make a long story short the Watts technicians saved us from having to but and install a new system for about $20,000 as quoted by another contractor. Watts folks are professional, very knowledgeable, very experienced and well trained. The office people are the same. I've never had as good an experience as this was soly because of the high quality of the employees of Watts Heating and Air. Just outstanding in every aspect!!!!

  We lost power during the cold front for over 8 hrs. When it came back on our heating system ran all day trying to catch up so I knew something was wrong. Called Watts and they were booked that day and the next but sent Raymond Deris out to fix the problem. He was very pleasant and professional. Explained the problem to him and he said it was most likely the heating box. Sure enough he was right, 2 of the 4 heating elements were shot. Luckily, they had the part back at the office so he went back to get it and installed the new box, problem solved!! Raymond even tried to see if it was covered under warranty since the unit was only 2-3 yrs old but he was unable to find out. He checked the rest of the system to make sure everything was OK before he left. Bottom line is Watts will be our go to company for heating and A/C, plumbing and electrical!! They did what they had to, to help us, did not try to upsell us and everyone involved were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them!!
