The service technician "Ned" whom has been to my residence in 2024 performed the task. Ned is outstanding, explains all issues and leaves the job cleaner than it was before arrival! I also had the opportunity to interact at the office with "Cassie" on another issue after Ned finished. She too is a real pro! I trust Watts with my A/C equipment and have been a very satisfied customer since 2015.
