  Hi Diana, I kindly ask you to share this email with everyone who help made this dream a reality. In November of 2023 I came to Trinity Lakes for the first time. Although Landsea Homes was one of the home builders, I went to the other competitor builder looking to buy a home. I was immediately taken through the application process and quickly discouraged that I was not able to afford the house. With sadness in my heart, I was forced to renew an apartment lease for the third year in a row. Surely not what I was expecting and not what my kids wanted after going through a harsh separation and divorce. Looking for spiritual guidance, I read a message that said that in the month of February 2024 I was going to sign a document that will change my life.  I had just settled in the apartment when I felt the need to drive around town with my parents and kids. We arrived and once again at Trinity Lakes, where we met Diana Daniel who made us feel welcome. She listened to my needs and a few of my struggles, and with a kind heart and professionalism, she was willing to assist. We had a very strong connection that now I understand it was a divine intervention. With similar past stories, she placed me under her wing, guided and encouraged me. We started the prequalification process and in February 29th 2024, I signed the contract. I met Erika Borrero and her lender team, who were always willing to help and guide me through the process.  It wasn't easy but their patience, kindness, and professionalism took us a long way. The journey became a little bit bumpy as the closing date was approaching.  Some tears and anxiety took over.  Numbers were not making sense in my mind, but God had everything under control. Diana's words of encouragement, prayers, and house progress pictures were the fuel that kept me moving forward. As orientation day arrived, driving on Highway 27, I hear "How Great is Our God" from Chris Tomlin playing in the radio. I understood in that moment that I was walking in God's purpose. I met Bill Riffle and Jeremy who were so kind to me. Bill explained the warranty process efficiently and Jeremy walked me through the property to make sure all blemishes were addressed. Jeremy's follow-ups with vendors were persistent in order to accomplish completion. His quick response to calls, texts and voice messages was always in a timely manner. He was very informative and never made me feel ignorant or inferior. Closing date was finally here!  As I walked into the office I felt a sense of peace. I met Reina Lagares, a kind soul with a cheerful heart. She was efficient and had everything ready to complete the closing. She handed me a giant key and now I can be called "Home Owner" First and foremost, thanks to God for always being so faithful with His promises and second, to the Landsea Homes team, NFM Lending, and First American Title for being efficient from beginning to END. You were all angels placed in my way at the perfect time. I pray you may continue to make dreams come true. My kids and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. Adaliz, Kamila & Yahriel Lot 605

  Purchased a home with Landsea homes in June, smooth process up until we moved in when we realized Landsea lied to us and falsely advertised. Our home was supposed to have HPH system installed which was not the case, things we pointed out at walkthroughs were not completed. Once we closed we got given the run around as to why the HPH system wasn’t installed there was always some excuse such as oh it’s delayed etc. Not happy at all with how Landsea has handled things post closing, we keep getting the run around with no solution. Seems like no one wants to help resolve or deal with the issues, feels like since they got our money and we signed the dotted line that they don’t care. It’s a shame because as first time home buyers we wanted an enjoyable experience, but have been left with nothing but problems and lies.

  Awesome place with lakes around,ideal homes to live, wonderful surroundings and landscape with farms around. Would strongly recommend to buy and stay here.
