  Carol has been amazing since literally the moment we walked in the door to the beautiful Maple model (which we ended up building!) She is knowledgeable, warm, patient and caring, making the process much smoother for us since its our first time buying a home. We have truly enjoyed working with Carol and Landsea every step of the way.

  This is the third home we’ve built in Florida and this by far has been the best experience! And it starts with the great interaction we’ve had with our Sales Agent Carol Woolgar! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she has guided us through the process with great aid and assistance. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Agent and are very grateful for her attention to detail and her advice when it was needed.
