- JOJennifer OlsonDec 1, 20251.0I called Harlow plumbing as it was recommended to fix my toilet that is not flushing. They found a collapsing pipe and said that it was would resolve the toilet issue. After changing the price two times, $1,000.00 later, the toilet was not fixed. I was told for another $185.00 they could fix my toilet by taking the toilet off and sticking their hand down the pipe to see if there was something lodged in the pipe. So, after saying the toilet would be fixed, spending my Christmas savings, asking for even more money…. There was no guarantee that his hand would fix the toilet and there wouldn’t be something else and even more money. I have sent them an email weeks before this review and they have not mad any contact back.

They are locally owned and pride themselves on their well-deserved reputation. All of the staff and the technicians are courteous and respectful. Jery Wiggins makes the renovation estimate procedure simple and doesn't try to add unnecessary costs to the project. Working with him is seamless and the finished product is extremely professional. I wouldn't change anything he and the crew did replacing a tub and shower in one bathroom and I have already had him back for a complete renovation in the master bathroom. I highly recommend Harlow Plumbing.
