  The best experience, I could have had with this company. The team is very professional, attentive, and truly cares about the customer’s needs. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them

  Took multiple calls to get them to answer the phone. Voicemails were not returned. When I was able to finally get through to someone, they didn't even ask me about my job. Instead they started making excuses about how they are scheduled out for a month or two. Contractors will normally make you aware if this is going on. Not use it as an excuse to show zero interest in new business. Typically they would at least quote the job or tell you directly if the job was not a good fit for them. I was promised a call back and references to other contractors if they were not able to help. Shocker, never got a call back. Avoid at all cost... because if this is how they treat customers on the front side of the business. I can only image how this mentality plays out in the field. No wonder they are two months out. It sounded as if they were overwhelmed and disorganized.

  I have been waiting for a call from them to do a job. I was told I’ll get a call back, but never did. Doesn’t seem like a professional company to me…..

  The staff and the service have been AMAZING! And the work they do is unparalleled...I have contracted other companies to install stone decor in my home and was never truly left satisfied. When I found Contemporary Stonework and contracted their services, I was not satisfied, I was BEYOND SATISFIED. I had specifically asked how I wanted a project to be done, and the owner Junio Alves looked at it and instead showed me a different option that I had not thought of and was even BETTER than I imagined. Once the job was completed I was without words...thank you again Junio Alves! Always a pleasure to have had your business and will always recommend to others and look forward to doing business with you again.
