  Had a good experience with a roof replacement. The salesman Jacob provided all the info I needed and kept me up to date leading up to the start date. There was an onsite supervisor Roger who provided regular updates and photos as the project progressed. He and the crew did a great job.

  True Force did a fantastic job! If I ever need anything done with my roof again I know who I'm calling. From the front end to conpletion Rodolfo, Crystal, Nick, Nathaniel, Chris, Bianca, and Roger (not to mention his crew), were helpful, professional, and left with a beautiful roof! Definitely go with these guys next time you need roof work!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about True Force Roofing and the exceptional individuals who make up their team. They are truly one of a kind! I was fortunate enough to have Derek King (the owner) as my first contact person. I affectionately referred to him as the GOAT. He sat with me at my dining room table and patiently answered every question on my typed page questionnaire. At one point I complained about my dryer being vented through the roof and he recommended replacing my vent with a unique vent specifically made for roof top venting. What impressed me was he LISTENED. A dryer vent is a non-sequential item in a roofing project but he took the time and effort to address ALL my concerns not just the roofing details. That made me feel like a valued customer. He made several visits to my home during the roofing project to ensure things were running smoothly and check on my satisfaction. I knew exactly what I would be paying for due to their total billing transparency. Everything is line itemed including the cost of each nail! Their transparency goes even farther. Chris Hamilton (Production Manager) and Bianca Mohan (Permit Coordinator) kept me informed about scheduling and permitting via emails and texts. I even knew ahead of time when the dumpster would be delivered. True Force Roofing sets up a customer portal where they update you A LOT on the progression of the project with messages and pictures that they take throughout the entire process. Had it not been for the pictures I would never have known I had some severely damaged roof decking boards. They could have erroneously claimed I had damage but the pictures proved it. It’s sort of a built-in checks-and-balances system to keep everyone on the same page. Great business model! Roger Williams was my Site Supervisor. He and his crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time every morning with smiles and positive attitudes. No lollygagging, just hard working, detail oriented, pride in their work, and respectful. If at any time Roger needed to briefly leave the job site, he would inform me of where he was going and how long he would be gone. Roger excels at being cool, calm, and reassuring. A project like this can bring on stress at times and Roger always eased my concerns by explaining things to me in layman’s terms. And he is obviously proud of his crew’s workmanship. He never hesitated to brag about them. That shows true respect. I developed a comradery with Roger and his crew and I was a little sad to see them go when the project ended. I genuinely enjoyed their presence. I am absolutely thrilled with my new roof. It’s gorgeous! The most difficult part of the whole process was choosing the color of my shingles. I never realized how ugly my old roof was until I stood at the edge of my property and stared at the transformation. If you’re looking for a roofing team that does things the right way, treats you like family, and delivers results that WOW, True Force Roofing is it. My gratitude toward the entire True Force team is heartfelt. Thank you.

  Matt, Nathan, Chris and the entire leadership team and crew did amazing work on our roof and gutters. They were on budget, on time, always pleasantly respectful and professional, and delivered everything for a fair price. Importantly, our home has an unusual roof shape with low slope. They immediately observed that the vents were not optimally placed and came up with a new venting design. Within hours after putting on the new roof, we could feel the temperature difference in our home, which has continued to this day. The other part that we appreciated is that the crew didn't have music blasting throughout the day as they were working and cleaned up the property every day. Our plants were protected and we didn't find even one nail after they had completed their work. We highly recommend you call Matt and True Force Roofing if you have a need. You will be delighted!

  I was looking for a metal roof for my house and barn. I posted on NextDoor looking for recommendations and several people responded including James Shannon at True Force. I researched several things to determine who to go with including length of time in business, licenses, neighbor recommendations, reviews, BBB ratings, and formal licensure complaints. Based on my research, I scheduled a consult with True Force. Austin Early was the sales rep and answered all of my questions. He was communicative, on time, not pushy, helped me weigh pros and cons of options and I had such a great experience I decided to go with True Force without getting other quotes. I chose a copper color roof which I wasn't sure of, but Austin used AI to show me just how it would look on my house to help me make my decision. I decided to add on gutters later which the True Force team also handled. As soon as I signed and put down a 50% deposit, I was given access to the customer portal where I got updates on scheduling, orders, delivery and the permit process. They had a video that showed the entire process and what to expect. The project lasted 2 weeks and the crew was fantastic. James Shannon was the superintendent for the job and was on site each day with the crew. They were professional, friendly, and I received several updates a day with photos on the portal. If there were change orders for rotten wood, etc., I got a picture, was able to approve it immediately, and work continued. There were really no surprises. James did the final walk through with me and showed me where everything matched up to the purchase order and answered all of my questions. Once the project is finished, I will receive a wind mitigation report to help with insurance premiums. They also provide a warranty on the roof that is transferrable to owners. This was a 5 start experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a new roof, want reliability and good communication, True Force should be your first choice! I cannot recommend this team enough! Thank you for my beautiful new roof!
