  Technician Ritchie was the best technician I’ve ever encountered. Multiple companies could not spot issue and Ritchie came to rescue . Sunshine should give this man a raise thank you will keep using sunshine

  My partner called at 8am and was told they would be able to come by today; they'd give us a call when they are 30 minutes out. He asks if they are sure they'll be able to make it today, because he'll have to take the day off work. They say yes. At ~3pm, we call to check in because we hadn't heard anything yet. They say you are next on the schedule. At 4pm, they call us asking if they can reschedule. We say no, they say alright we will be there after 5pm and will waive the after-hours fee (the least they can do). At 6pm we get a call saying they are not coming. So we sat around all day waiting for them and avoided calling another plumber who could have handled the situation, AND my partner took a day off work, AND the receptionist was extremely rude on top of it all. We should be able to invoice these companies for wasting our time.

  Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sunshine Services! Aaron came out to replace the main water shut-off valve to our house and did a fantastic job. He was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Aaron and the Sunshine Services team!

  I cannot recommend Sunshine Services enough! From start to finish, their team went truly above and beyond in every way. The representative jim or james spent over six hours helping me, a disabled homeowner on a very tight budget, navigate the financing process with incredible patience, kindness, and understanding. They made what felt impossible… possible. On top of that, my HVAC system was installed in less than a week by Anthony and jace who did an amazing job. The professionalism, compassion, and dedication they showed throughout the entire process really set them apart. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares about people and stands behind their work, Sunshine Services is it. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did for me.

  Everything was great! Steve was fantastic… I could not have asked for better service. My old air conditioning service company did not come out the last two times I called, and you sent somebody out yesterday the first time I called you. You promptly came out the same day and in only a few hours to do the maintenance of the AC unit.The service and price was Excellent! I’m totally happy…
