Thank you to Jose and crew for the outstanding job they did on our roof replacement. The crew was professional, courteous and dedicated to making our home look like new. Jose kept us updated every day with the ongoing progress of the work through last inspection, once the crew was finished.
Chazz and the entire crew at True Force are highly recommended and we appreciate this Veteran-owned company.
From the very first inspection, they were professional, thorough, and honest. They took the time to walk my roof with me, point out the areas of concern, and explain what they were seeing in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured — just informed.
What stood out the most was their communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and left my property clean and organized when the job was complete. The crew was respectful, efficient, and clearly experienced.
The finished roof looks great, but more importantly, I feel confident knowing it was installed correctly and built to last. As a homeowner, peace of mind matters — and they absolutely delivered that.
If anyone is on the fence about who to trust with their roof, I can genuinely say my experience with True Force Roofing was a positive one from start to finish.

From the original consultation I had with True Force, this was a smooth process from start to finish to get my roof replaced and install gutters around my house. Joe came over and helped me choose the proper materials that worked for my budget and made sure we got the colors we wanted as well. We went with a metal roof because the pricing at the time was almost equivalent. He also helped me with financing the project.
It took a couple weeks for the metal to come back, but then Axel and his crew were out here within a few days. They got it done in just a few days and left the job site clean every single day when they left. A couple weeks later, Jon and his crew came out to install gutters around the house. Both crews were incredibly communicative and left the job site in immaculate shape, and the end result was also fantastic.
It's hard to pull the trigger on a job this size at any price, but if you have to do it, I highly recommend the folks at True Force. Their professionalism, customer service (what's that anymore?), and the guarantees that they place on their work make it more than worth it to call them. That all plus the end result, which was awesome for our projects.
The worst part about either of the jobs that they did for us is that the new roof and gutters exposed how faded the paint on my house is.
It began with Ed and ended with Tay, with Roger playing the middleman; more on Roger in a bit. I had four ‘roofing inspector salesman’ visit my home over a 1-month period. Why did I go with True Force Roofing? Because of Ed. They all got on the roof and did an inspection and gave me a bid for the job. But Ed was the only one who took photos and showed me in detail what the condition of the roof was and where it had been patched in the past. In addition, there was no hard sell, just the facts. They all offered me roofing options, but I liked True Force’s quality of options the best; along with the guarantees.
Even though I signed the contract almost 2 months before construction started, the company was extremely patient with me while I sought the ideal financing plan for me and my wife. As my mother used to say, “Patience is more than a virtue, it’s everything.”
In regards to dealing with people, another one of my mother’s sayings was “Life is all about building relationships.” Every individual that I dealt with at True Force, In their own unique way, was adept at building a working relationship with me. This played-out when the construction date was coming up and my wife found out, without much lead time, that she was scheduled for a minor medical procedure. This meant we would be gone all day and it would be ideal for the roof to be replaced on that day; they went out of their way to accommodate us!
Their attention to detail, especially safety and draping my house in a mesh to protect it from falling roof debris, coupled with the coordination and smooth timing of everything...convinced me I should do this type of review. Retired and wanting to keep my mind active, I had just begun learning the photo editing software called Paint.Net, (I call it, “TheNeedFor Patience.Net.) and decided this was the perfect time to put it to actual use.
On the morning construction began Roger was there accommodating our needs; my wife is disabled and that was his concern. The company being aware of it made everybody aware, that meant a lot. Several of my friends had warned me that roofing companies have the project manager show up at the beginning, but soon depart, leaving the workers unsupervised. Roger oversaw the project from the beginning to the end and was sending photos and updates throughout the day, along with Ed. Check out the photo labeled “the crew arrives” and zoom in on Roger and Ed’s faces, the concern is obvious. This image was captured from my camera up high under the eave which I use to keep track of UPS deliveries.
When we returned, Roger took me through all the nuances of the job. I was concerned about the added costs incurred with having to replace a section of the roof with plywood, which he had informed me of via a phone call before they proceeded with the fix. No additional costs he said, the company gives two complementary sheets of plywood before charging extra and in my case that’s all it took. In life, I believe most worry, anger, and fear is caused by not knowing. These fears were eliminated by the company as a whole, and Roger in particular; this one detail, separates the good companies from the bad.
The following day, Tay showed up with a drone and we had a nice talk about drones in general and I suggested the company look into getting an RC vehicle with a 4k camera and lights and doing inspections underneath mobile homes. My neighbor gave me permission to show her home which appears behind Tay and his vehicle.
Today I received a very pleasant call from Bianca, Informing me of paperwork that I will be receiving shortly regarding the signing off of all legal documents. I would like at this time to give a shout out to all the staff I dealt with who were extremely pleasant and helpful and wish I could name you all. And last but not least, to the hard-working young men who climbed onto my roof and did such a good job.
I would like to end this with a little tongue in cheek humor...”May the True Force be with you!”
