  True Force Roofing put on our new Roof recently on our home. This is a TOP NOTCH company!! Communication from the TEAM from start to finish was very open and clear on what to expect. The entire job was coordinated great, and cleanup by the crew was completed perfectly. A few TEAM members we worked with that deserve great recognition are : Ed Garlin, Chris, Shamar, each were awesome and were Above and Beyond in their roles!   True Force is truly focused on quality, integrity and customer satisfaction. Communication is impeccable. That includes asking the right questions, listening to and educating the customer. They are friendly yet professional, and definitely respect the customer’s need to know what’s going on through the entire process. Matt the Rep, Shamar the Supervisor, Daniel the Team Leader and their crew were awesome. Their attitudes and explanations added to our feeling of confidence. Also, we know we weren’t their only customers, but they made us feel as if we were. The project was actually for my parent’s home. I don’t need a new roof for a while, but when I do, True Force will be who I call. Thanks and Cheers to all

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations — everything was completed efficiently and looks great. You can tell they take real pride in what they do.   True Force Roofing (TFR) came highly recommended by two people who I work with. Both had TFR roof their houses. I called for an estimate and set up a date/time to meet at my house. Jake and Rudolfo were on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. Their estimate was extremely detailed as to the material and labor costs. After getting two other estimates, I decided to use TFR. I made the right decision! TFR submitted and obtained the roofing permit. I was kept up to date on every step of the process, including when my roofing materials were ordered, when the dumpster would be delivered, when the work would be done, and when the two inspections would occur.. Throughout the process, I received numerous texts and e-mails. TFR set up a website/portal, which contained all of the documents, 150+ photos before, during, and after the work was completed, messages from their staff, and cost information. TFR assigned two of their staff (James and Roger) to oversee the work. They were fantastic, explaining everything that was going on, what extra materials were needed (plywood, 2x4, and 2x6) to replace any wood that was rotten, and answering all of my questions about the work. I stayed on site to watch and answer any of their questions. The actual roofing crew was a well-oiled machine. Everyone on the crew knew what needed to be done and each had their assigned tasks, which they completed without being told as to what to do. James and Roger were on and off the roof a zillion times to check and photograph the work. They spoke highly of their crew. Before the work began, TRF completely encircled my house with a black mesh to catch any materials that fell from the roof. Afterwards, they gathered it up and disposed of the spillage. The roofers and James went around the house with magnets to collect any nails or staples that ended up in the yard. After the roofers left, James stayed on and used a blower to look for any stray nails and to make sure the drive and sidewalks were clean. It obvious that James takes great pride in his work and his company's reputation. If you need a roof, I would HIGHLY recommend True Force Roofing! P.S. Jake needs a True Force truck!
