So the tech came and told me you have big problems line clean up will cost 1500$ new line needed and cost around 7500.just to run a snake 789. I decided take second opinion from Joe handyman service show up and remove clogged restroom line with simple plunger technique. Charge me $150 only and I am good to go. So with your service I have to pay $125 for came out give me estimate and do nothing I even asked him to do it any cheap way he said there is no cheap way. For example if you have headache you take headache pill and not stomach aid pill. When you can fix with small heck why you want to do whole new things. I regret that I call you guys and not joe at first call.

Scheduled work, never showed up for work
Contacted the company to have technicians come out to my property in Interlachen, FL. Explained in detail what needed to be done.
My realtor and myself were on-site.
The electrician never showed up.
I inquired about the a/c tech, and was rudely told they would not be able to come to the house. I was told they were too busy. I asked to reschedule, I was abruptly told they could not reschedule.
The plumber showed up. I had provided specific instructions of what needed to be addressed. I provided the exact verbiage that my inspector provided.
I was then told by their customer service, there were no issues with any of the plumbing at the property.
I asked for a report. None was forthcoming, then, magically a multipoint checklist was provided to me that indicated everything was fine.
It wasn't.
I have made over six (6) phone calls to the company, including and not limited to the following:
They keep billing me for $125 for doing nothing.
I have again explained this in detail customer service five (5) times..
I asked to speak with a manager, and was told none was available and they would call me back in a day or so.
Meanwhile, I received a statement indicating I owed the company $125...for what? And check this out, they have the audacity to claim the funds due are over 90 days!!!!
My billable hours = $500 per hour. I have now spent well over four (4) hours to resolve the issue.
In addition, my realtor waited for them, and her time is of value.
In short, I took my precious time to schedule the appointments, waited for them to arrive, received a very bogus plumbing report.
I shall engage counsel, Sunshine will be billed for my time and my realtor's time.
And any and all legal expenses.

Terrible. We called and requested help for a leak in our building. They came and said they wanted to do a smoke test, I paid $1100 for the smoke test to be performed the next day. They did not show up the next morning, continued to push it off for the entire day- we went back and forth with their front desk. I got the whole 'they'll be there soon'.. got the text message confirmation that someone was coming out.. 6pm that day they pushed me to AI voicemail and never came out. Next day, management calls to apologize and say they were so sorry and they'll give me a 50% refund to do the test the next day. Sure, give them a second chance! Next day they show up, two guys walk through and tell me a smoke test will not be good enough for this- and that it is my p-traps in the entire building. They tell me I need to replace them, $7000 estimate. Mind you, their test was their nose and not during a leak flare up. I did not approve this and thought there is somehting else going on. Called another company who came out within 24 hours, did a smoke test, found the CAUSE of the problem, fixed it. This did not cost us close to $8100.
I am writing a 1 star review because I have fought to even be refunded for a test that was not performed. We'll dispute the charge on credit card at this point.
Beware of paying ahead- they will put you in line behind everyone else that has not paid yet- and then not even perform or refund you based on what you signed for.
