  I’ve been in the restaurant industry a long time and dealt with a lot of companies for R&M. I will say that Ben who works in the repairs area for electrical equipment is a true professional. It goes beyond just taking care of the repairs but presenting himself in a positive manner that would make any business proud. Bravo good sir. A gentleman and a scholar.

  I purchased a new Trane HVAC unit from Green Air, a brand I chose specifically because of its strong reputation for reliability and quality. Unfortunately, within the first four years, a major component has already failed. Given the reliability typically associated with this brand, it honestly makes me question what exactly Green Air sold and installed in my home. What has been even more frustrating is the experience with Green Air’s service and billing practices. Despite the unit’s relatively short lifespan, they charged excessive fees for labor and repairs. Most recently, they billed me *double* the service fee just to come out and inspect the issue. These charges feel unreasonable, especially given the circumstances. I strongly recommend that customers carefully review their invoices and question any unexpected or duplicated charges. Unfortunately, it feels as though the company may be taking advantage of homeowners Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience — both with the equipment’s performance and the company’s service.

  3 cheers to T Lynch, Bryce Fannin, and Logan Dent!!!! What wonderful men! Children in Crisis, a foster care fascility that was built to keep siblings together, we had 2 on demand hot water tanks go out, and these wonderful people installed 2 new ones!!! They were not only amazing at there jobs, but they were outstanding individuals, caring about the customers needs! Perfectionist! Installing these units are not easy, and with the knowledge these 3 had, it went wonderfully! Hot Water!!! This are huge houses do to the nature for what they were built for,yo foster many children! They were all so excited to have hot water!!! God bless Green Air and God Bless T Lynch, Bryce Fannin and Logan Dent!!! And A shout out to Logan Dents Grandfather Mr. Gay who was one of the original people who helped with starting Children in Crisis! Your in good hands with Green Air, knowledge, proffesional and great prices!!! Thank you all! You are amazing!

  I had a plumbing leak around a bath tub. Green Air sent out a tech immediately same day. He was able to locate the source and fix the issue right away. Perfect service and charge was very reasonable and fair. Top notch service and highly recommended!
