  I cannot say enough good things about the service I received while at the Ft. Walton Beach store. Annalise was extremely helpful and enthusiastic, I was impressed by her product knowledge and attention to detail! I already referred my sister and will look for her when I do the rest of my house.

  Wife and I really liked the experience we had buying the floors from here. Staff was great and friendly. My big complaint is we went back and ordered some more items and was told that in 2 weeks they would be delivered to our house. Well today is close to two weeks ,so I called. The girl said I'm sorry but they were delivered here to our warehouse instead of you house. So now she tells me they must be picked up. We live an hr away and said no you promised up delivery to our house. Another problem is she could not answer why someone would not call me when they were not delivered. All she said was sorry. I get things happen, but hey how about let's refund you some money for our mistake. Nope just I'm sorry.
