I appreciated the time Mike and Mark spent during the consultation and quote review to explain the different options so I could make an informed decision about which unit to purchase. The install was the very next day and the 3 techs were great. Keith, David and Dustin were on time, communicated throughout the process, and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. This is my second experience with Peaden and had the same great service from Mark and Keith previously on a smaller job. I also want to compliment the scheduling team for passing along detailed notes prior to the initial consultation. It's generally good sign and makes the service experience better when all the departments are communicating internally.
