Brian was thorough and provided clear information on what problems he detected. Due to the repair costs for an 8 y/o unit, Mike also provided a list of replacement options. He was incredibly helpful and made sure I fully understood everything discussed. It was evident they were both experts and very professional. Glad I easily found and booked them online. Highly recommend.

I knew of one interior electric outlet that needed replacement and Donovan Crews found that we needed a Surge Protection device in the main power panel and found 2 circuit breakers that needed replacement due to being the wrong voltage. He provided a quote to repair/replace and after I approved then completed all tasks in a timely manner.

Their reason was because we needed to be the first appointment of the day since we have 5 units to be serviced and they didn’t realize we had 5 units. That’s funny because they installed every one of them and we are on their maintenance plan. They did send someone out to change our filters ( after I asked) and he was nice. Now I have to wait until January to get units serviced since we don’t live here full time.
