  The floor is nice; however, please read your estimate cost carefully! Deliver fee $400, Dump fee $110, and you'll end up paying for $25 floor wipe kit what you would never use or want. The installer opened up the last box just for using it to press down the flooring. The Company missed measured the room that’s why there was materials left over; I think they should be able to return materials that they did not use and give the customer the credit. It’s a win-win for everybody.

  I received excellent service from Annalise at LL flooring. She was fast, efficient, kind and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend working with her.

  Couldn’t pick up my flooring because I didn’t have a mask. What a joke. I order my projects complete flooring from Lumber Liqudators. Not going back to this company for anything or recommending them.
