  We hired Henderson Electric to install lights and receptacles in an unfinished room in our house. Our technician Kyle was on time, fast, and did an excellent job. He made several recommendations throughout the process and looked at the project as whole, which led to some smart adjustments we would've regretted not having later. The price was fair; it wasn't a huge job so other companies were unwilling to bid at all or gave us ridiculous quotes. I will absolutely be returning for any future work.

  Worst company in the panhandle. Owner refuses to take any responsibility for poor workmanship, obviously shows his character. We have 2 new construction homes with military families waiting to move into but unfortunately we cannot pass a simple home inspection because of multiple electrical issues and Doug refuses to address the issues because he has already been paid in full. When power was first connected to the homes we had multiple switches with sparks due to the lack of experience from the "electricians" responsible for the work. Multiple outlets and switches wired wrong, 3 of witch caused major sparks when the breakers were turned on for the first time. It took 5 trips for them to get a simple disconnect wired properly (there are only 4 wires). Regional utilities engineers and the home inspector both asked if this was a job where the home owner tried to wire their own home, sadly it was not. It was an attempt from a poorly run electrical company . All of the remote control dip switches that should be wired in the fans ,we discovered to be missing when we removed the canopies. According to Doug (the owner) someone must have taken the fans apart and removed them after his workers installed them. All six fans, sounds reasonable to me. Good job Doug, way to show your employees what poor ethics and morals you have.

  I hand some recessed lighting installed the timely manner in which they showed up and finished was surprising and expedient and it looks absolutely amazing! A company with great business manners!
