- RMRebecca MontgomeryJun 6, 20255.0So, where do I start. I have been needing a roof for years, but the insurance has been so high it was hard to save for it. With four rooms leaking after years of patching things up, we could finally bite the bullet. We called three places. Left our number with three who would call us later and one answered the phone. That was on Monday. Tuesday morning was the visit and he printed an estimate in the truck somehow. We signed the contract Tuesday morning. He quoted a very fair price with a sliding amount to budget for rotten wood. He called that afternoon after he realized how much our roof was leaking, and told me they were doing our roof the next day. Believe it or not, the shingles were delivered that afternoon. It is now Thursday and the roof is finished and my yard is clean. I could not have been happier with the crew, the business and my final product. I had a lot of wood rot. He did not even use the whole amount spoken of for the extra rotten wood. You will not be unhappy with these people!!! Down to earth and amazing!

Those that responded asked a few questions on the phone and then just emailed a quote. Seth, on the other hand, came to the house and walked me around, pointing out potential areas that might need repair and explaining how the design of the roof would benefit from some adjustments to improve drainage. We originally planned to simply replace the existing light grey shingles with the same color. Seth recommended the Weathered Wood Atlas shingle and the results are amazing! Already had two neighbors comment on how great the house looks. The entire process was painless. From quote to finished roof in less than a week! Can't recommend Seth and Generations Roofing strongly enough.
