A few days later the pipe split again (building is 50 years old). The pipe ran under a newly made sidewalk. Jan came back and figured out how to replace the pipe without busting up the sidewalk. What an amazing problem solver. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm so grateful he was sent to us.
