He made excuses not to come check it out for himself until a month and a half later. Then showed up for 2 min, used the bathroom, and said he’d be back in a second. Then I saw him driving away. Lied to my face, very unprofessional. Update: I would like to thank you for your timely response this new year and for your appropriate use of the word their!

This is the way to go, better than anything else you'll try and after you've wasted all your time and money on everything else you'll realize you should have done this first. Highly reccomend.
