  Mr. Hart was excellent, however I feel that NIS Air needs to honor its $79 tune-up, which they baited me with by sending me10+ emails in the last month. Also, I just paid $9,000 for a new NIS air conditioner last March. The water vapor run off comes out like slime right at my front door. Yuck!🤮 They charged me $80 to add two inches of PVC pipe to it. Great technician but this company is gauging its own Treasure Coast customers. The $79 come on is photo listed below. I signed up for it and wrote to NIS. I have copies of my sign up.

  The service guy was great. The price was a little high because i had two units in our building. They charged me as if it was two separate service calls. Each one would have been fair but should have been treated as one visit

  Very disappointed in this company.. I’m a business owner and needed after hours help. I paid the extra for the service fee. I needed the line cleaned out the unit was frozen.. which I already knew.. the tech said that wasn’t the problem and I needed coolant.. which they couldn’t do till the next morning.. so they did not fix anything. I call next morning and they can’t come till late in the day. I needed my business up and running so called another local company .. they arrived within 45 minutes.. coolant was fine never the issue.. just simply needs the line unclogged. Which NisAir could have done when they came the 1st time! Paid for Nothing and no clue what they are talking about!
