I was merging on the i-95 going 70 mph into a wide open gap until a gale insulation box truck stomped the gas speeding up to over 80 mph and almost running me off the road. License plate kuvq39

Spent 2 days waiting for them to show up and told the shower doors just arrived but too late for installation today, yet I was told the previous week the doors were there already. Today was installation between 9-11 am, had to call them and was told they did not make it onto truck yet again!! When he did show up at 3pm, he broke the old glass door and one of the new doors. Glass exploded everywhere and I spent an hour helping to sweep it up. Now waiting once more for them to order new doors. Horrible service, would not recommend.

In my experience with Gale insulation, every step of my project was a disappointment and disastrous. I ended up dealing with Jerremy Tyson (upper management) and even then it was still un met promise to resolve the issues with the numerous issues. First off I would never give this company a credit card number. They will ask you if they can retain the number, even if you say no they still retain and use at there wim. In my case the charged the full contract amount long before the job was completed. Used the same card to overbill on a separate contract that they had no permission to use the card for. Charged for materials I ended up supplying. That was in my contract. And by they way they do not seem to be able to clearly spell out anything in there intentionally vaguely written contact. No matter how much you ask for items to be clearly spelled out in the contract. Luckily I did a lot of this by email and text so I had documentation to fall back on when it all went bad, I was told I was a liar before a representative went off on a foul mouthed rant at me. Telling me that they did not supply the correct products listed in the contract. Told they were not going to supply it because it was not made or sold even though it was in there system and in my contract. I countered this rant with a copy of a receipt from Lowe’s where I had bout the same product. Gale also stated they installed 70+ soffit vents in my home. And that is an impossible number to install, since only 20 were required. And they did not install the ones specified for my job. They used a cheaper cardboard vent. Here is the part that left me speechless. One of the guys that Gale sent out to install the proper soffit vents after poorly installing a few (tearing them with the type of stapler he was using) came out of the attic after 15 minutes and handed me a stapler and sold me I sould do it myself because he was leaving. I contacted the company and they defend the worker claims that the vents could not be installed because he Gould not get to there they needed to be installed. Well I’m 6’2” and 300lbs and I was able to go into the attic and remove the ones that gale installed and damaged and install all of the soffit vents in 45 minutes. By the way. I was still charged for the soffit vent install Said they had also done a draft seal in the attic that they also billed for. If I had not gone into the attic and seen that none of this work billed for was actually done. Charged for 2x the square footage for block core filling. Again they fall back to there vague contract language. Even after dealing with Jerremy Tyson, and. His promise to adjust the invoice to remove the items billed for and not installed, I was still charged for labor not performed, materials not installed and even for my own materials they used to a credit card they were instructed not to retain that they had no authorization to charge. In the end Jerremy Tyson did adjust the bill, he promised to send me a copy if the paid contract, credit card charge slip and a release of lean on my property. He never sent anything or returned any attempts to contact him. No compensation was provided for any delay in the job other then to remove items billed for materials that were not provided or work not done Me experience with gale insulation was bad from start to finish (over 2 months to install blown in insulation) I would recommend avoiding this company. It might be a national company but the local Fort Pierce office is a complete disgrace.
