  We recently had 3 sets of sliders replaced by Window World of Fort Myers. From our sales rep Tom, the office staff on the phone, measurer and finisher Robert and Valter and his team of installers, all were helpful, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The installation went smoothly as they removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They left the scene spotless and no junk to deal with. The windows are a big improvement on the original ones. The windows well built, solid and slide smoothly. A 5 star rating from me is rare. They earned it!

  Replaced all our windows with hurricane impact windows and an impact front door. Anthony Perez’s crew performed the installation and did an excellent job. They showed up on time, were very polite and cleaned up any mess before leaving. They worked well as a team and if you’re fortunate enough to get this crew to perform your installation you won’t be disappointed.

  We recently had hurricane windows installed. From the salesman who sealed to the deal to the installers, Jeff romanoff and Austin Goff, we couldn’t more pleased. Installers never stopped all day, they sealed areas off to keep the rooms clean. The project manager, Erik, even stopped by to see how things were going. Installers can make or break a business, we couldn’t be happier with the work and windows and the timely manner it was all done. Everyone in the office were equally polite and answered all questions. Dawn was especially helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend window world.

  We had all windows and sliding glass doors replaced. Had a couple of companies come out. Window World was the only company that did not feel like we were buying a used car. They had fair pricing right from the start. They were professional from beginning till the end!! We had an issue with one window after install and they were back the next day. Dawn who I talked to on the phone set up the inspection and the beautification process as the called it. Within days of instal. She was so nice. Would recommend them for sure! Our hurricane sliding glass doors are amazing. We have really long windows (house was build in the 60's.) they also came out amazing!! The installers would clean as they went along. Just the nicest guys! Two thumbs up. Thanks guys!!

  We had a fantastic experience dealing with Window World for our new impact windows and doors!! They were all excellent at communication. The salesman Brian has a fantastic set of samples to show comparing their windows to others like PGT and why theirs are superior. It was a very convincing demonstration. The install took place on time and the install crew of Valter’s was fantastic!! Very professional and accommodating to our desired order of windows and door installs (to move the pets to secure locations). When the install was completed, Josiah & Alex did a great job on the final punch out making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Window World to all my friends and family… in fact… I already have. Their quote came in less than a competitor’s for superior sliding glass doors. Thank you Window World for a great job well done!!
