- JJJDHMar 24, 20261.0Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience buying a machine. At first, Christopher Butler, the sales representative, was attentive and responded quickly. However, after I went to see the machine in person and paid for it, things went downhill. For the delivery, I was told multiple times that it would arrive on a certain day, but it never did. When I followed up, I was given different excuses each time. At one point, I was told my address didn’t exist, even though we had already confirmed it the day of purchase and they used it to create my account. I was then told it would be delivered the next morning, but that morning passed with no delivery and no communication. When I tried contacting Christopher Butler again, I received no response. I ended up having to call the main office and get a manager involved just to get the machine delivered. I do not recommend working with Christopher Butler. Be very careful—once the sale is completed, the level of service drops significantly. Very disappointed. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for a response from Christopher.
