- TRThe Reeds6 days ago5.0We have been so impressed with Konstantin, Isaac and Spartan Plumbing. We first needed services to repair/ replace our hot water heater. The technician Isaac, arrived promptly and addressed our needs giving us options on repair vs replacement. We chose replacement. Then we contracted Spartan again to replace all of our shut off valves in our home. Konstantin was professional and did a beautiful job with the replacements. He always cleaned up the area and was respectful of our property. It so wonderful to deal with a company that gives a 2 hour window for arrival and they actually arrive at the prescribed time. I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing.
