  Responded quickly after filling out an online request. A rep came out and gave us a reasonable quote and the picture window screen in our lanai was installed several days later

  They responded to the enquiry fairly promptly. Based on all the positive reviews we gave them the 35% deposit which was cashed at lightning speed and then …..crickets……. We called at least four times with promises of return calls to fix a date to start work…crickets….finally 3 and a half weeks later, someone calls at 7am one day and asks if they could do the job that day. Who calls at 7am, we were fast asleep.! We agreed and they did a fine job. If only their customer service matched their requests first fast payments, their rating would be much higher.

  I met with Joe Heier, he inspected my lanai. He was very professional and offered different options. The team came out a week later and did a fabulous job installing my new screens. They cleaned up and left my backyard in great condition. I would recommend Key Screening to anyone looking.

  Key Screening did an excellent job on my new 26 x 11 ft Lanai expansion including pavers. The work and materials were high quality. They were good communicators and responded well when changes were needed to the original plan. They designed it well and came up with an original roof plan. Their costs were reasonable and was significantly less than the other two estimates that I obtained from other contractors. The only negative was it took four months to do mainly to the building permit delay from Lee county which was not Key Screening fault. We are very happy!
