  Dealing with Hawkins Service Co. has been a pleasure. From the call to schedule the appointment to Jason coming out to give me the estimate for putting in an EV charger has been hassle free and Jason was very informative. He also went over the different charging methods and which would be best at getting power to my Tesla, at the same time saving me money over the outlet that I had called to get the price on. As a first-time customer this was a great experience.

  Jason was absolutely phenomenal and notified me on all the issues super friendly and didnt try to tempt me into the sell I will definitely keep jason as my electrician!

  Nelson was very thorough. He carefully inspected and cleaned the AC, and explained everything clearly to my wife while I was at work. He also sent me the report afterward and even spoke with my landlord about a few recommended repairs. My wife felt very comfortable having him in the home, and I could see on our cameras that he was very respectful of the property. He even took the time to make friends with our dog Coco, who is usually wary of strangers. He also noticed that our thermostat had smart features that were never set up and took the time to connect it to my wife’s phone, which she was very happy about. Unfortunately our landlord declined the repairs for now, but they seemed reasonable. We’ll be buying a home soon, and when we do I will definitely be using Hawkins again. -Carlos
