Driving on the wrong side of the road, blocking the road for those going down S Pointe Blvd., all to get in front of three cars who were stopped at a red light. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Even I knew when they installed it that this didn't look right. But that is their standard. Do the wrong thing. And then they give attitude when you try to get it fixed. And another thing, they won't schedule a repair unless you have a male body part. If you are a woman homeowner they won't talk to you. Because they put in a faulty device, they did FINALLY come out but wouldn't talk to the condo board member who is a woman, nor the homeowner who is a woman. And then they put in another faulty device and didn't even check in with the homeowner or the board member because they were both women. Now we're stuck with another faulty device.
