  Problem solvers – I had been told an entire lock Including the handle on my slider would have to be changed, but Chris came over and repaired it in literally two minutes. Excellent response time. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!

  DO NOT make the mistake of calling this company. I asked about a sliding door replacement and they told me they had a minimum of two openings for service. I get it. I said thanks I only have one. Now I get constant calls. I asked multiple times to be removed from the call list as they won't do the one door I need. I just spoke to them again. The salesman still tried to get me to replace another window that I don’t need to get the minimum order. This has been months of harassment. They always call from a different number, so no matter how many times I block them, they keep leaving messages.

  Dont know how they got a hold of my number but they spam text from rotating numbers and spam call from rotating numbers, i can only assume to attempt to avoid the robocalling laws in our state that they are violating. They refuse to stop texting even if you tell them to stop. This is a bad way to do business and i will never let them touch a window or door in my house. Thanks for constantly calling me at all hours of the day and night i hope it was worth the one star review. Its funny they claim not to be the company but search florida window and door and these clowns show up

  Paid and placed a order for entire house windows back in February, its now almost July and nothing has happened at all... Thats over 4 months of our remodel wasted waiting foe these guys... Don't bother...
