He patiently guided me through the color trim selection process after I changed it several times, making sure I got it right and keeping the process smooth. Tom provided excellent support with the permitting process and ensured everything was completed on time even while on vacation. Both Austin and Tom demonstrated great dedication and professionalism. There was a slight delay in delivering my shed due to coordination with third-party contractors, but the team stayed on top of it and ensured the concrete slab, which the shed sits on, was completed properly. The delivery and build process was handled professionally, and the crew completed my shed in about seven hours. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and quality provided throughout and would recommend the Ft. Myers Tuff Shed team.
