The new and unacceptable business model of this previously great company is to come out to your home, offer a price and negotiate with your plumber. Unfortunately, I didn't know this before our recent visit. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for the work I had done. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable plumber who charges a fair price. I will never call Spartan again. There are plenty of great plumbers who are not out to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. In a few hours, I fully expect that Spartan will leave a return comment gaslighting me for approving the price before the work started. I did because I thought I'd be charged for the service call and then have to go find another plumber, pay their service call and begin the process all over again. Over the phone, I got to hear about their overhead expenses and all of the reasons why they overcharge customers. This only made me feel more taken advantage of--not less. How about just charge me a fair price for work done? What a concept.

We went a few days without water due to a leak and the other plumber not showing up. We were lucky to find Spartan plumbing and they were quick to help us get water. Stan was the man! Great service.

A pump was needed but Manny did his best to get the pump and had it installed that same afternoon. Excellent job. I was also notified twice before he got to the house. I would ask that anyone reading this don't hesitate to contact Spartan Pulmbing
