  We are so glad we gave these guys a chance! They came to us in Naples to check our older house for electrical safety and HVAC ducts that badly needing replacing. They were all professional and wonderful people to work with! They honored the price that they gave us and we even signed up for their yearly membership! It covers electric HVAC and plumbing! They do almost anything your home might need for repairs or handyman service. Very thankful for you guys we appreciate you

  This was my first time using Service Fanatics and was very pleased. Chris was on time and very responsive to our needs. He found the problem in a very quick amount of time and was able to advise us of our options. The unit was 10 years old and we felt we needed to replace the a/c. He was able to come back first thing next morning and replace some parts to get the unit up and running till he could replace the old system. This will be done in a few days but we have a/c to keep us cool for now. Chris was great! A follow up to my install. Today Adrian and Isaiah Negron came this morning and installed our new a/c unit. I have to say they were both professional and informative to everything they did and made us feel that we had chosen Service Fanatics. We are happy with the install and would recommend them to anyone. Bob Pacino

  Eric Nowaczynski from Service Fanatics was here today to take care of multiple plumbing issues for me. He did a great job in finding a leak, replacing a faucet and replacing a garbage disposal. He left all areas clean, was very polite and knowledgeable about my issues. Best of all, he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me. I will definitely call again when I have plumbing issues and will most certainly ask for Eric.

  We woke up to discover a blown circuit breaker only to discover a larger issue. Our Service Fanatics technician Jordan diagnosed and resolved the problem which included draining a water and mold encrusted floor socket and the associated rewiring. Suffice to say this was more involved than we hoped but, the fix was completed and we are 100% satisfied. Give Jordan and Service Fanatics a call if you need any electrical issue handled. They’re Pro’s!

  Jordan is an asset for his company, and we are so glad he came to help us this morning. He listens well with great eye contact even when working with the “chatty Cathy’s” we are, and he worked hard to diagnose electrical issues with switches on our older home from the nineties. Getting help with bulbs on high ceilings and giving us accurate estimates before he started his work helped us decide what to do and what to wait with until April when we’d like to schedule our second visit for the whole house inspection. We learned a lot cause he also was kind enough to exolain and show us what we had going on behind our electrical plates. I would definitely recommend Service Fanatics to others for they send kind and capable workers to help us with air, electrical and we will meet their plumber next week. Fernando who did our air conditioning was great too! Also helping us decide when best to do each service task and even helping wipe down the high countertop while he was up on the ladder taking care of cleaning the filter. Though both workers had other appointments today, we never felt like they were rushing thru our job or leaving with unanswered questions before moving on.
