I had a great experience upgrading our condo windows and sliding glass doors. The sales team was easy to work with, the installation team worked quickly and professionally, and the overall experience was very positive. I would recommend them if you need to upgrade your aging windows and doors to hurricane proof.
Absolutely horrible experience. They were called FHIA when we hired them through our local Sam's Club. None of the workers spoke English, and the crew leader left immediately after getting them started, then didn't return until the end of the day. The work was sloppy and unacceptable. We had to have them return several times to fix what they had messed up. We specified that Marco not be sent due to the shoddy work he had done. He arrived anyway and pushed into the house. When I demanded he leave he called me "ignorant" and refused to leave until I threatened to call the police. The company agreed to a partial refund, but only if I left them a good review. The entire project was a nightmare. I spent days picking up broken glass in my yard, I had to patch the drywall in the house because they cracked it in several areas by attempting to force windows in. So much more, way too many issues to list.

Mark McKenna was our honest consultant about new windows and doors…. He was prompt, courteous and personable. Mark gave us great advice and I would recommend him and Renuity Home for an honest estimate and value.

I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful cabinet refaceing that was done. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and most focused on everything being done to to meet my expectations
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Renuity Operations, LLC.
From the beginning, communication was poor and promises were not honored. I was clearly advised by the sales representative that I would receive 0% financing for 18 months. However, when my first loan statement arrived, it included interest charges. After contacting customer service and the field manager multiple times, I still did not receive clear answers or resolution. Meanwhile, the loan company advised that I am responsible for the interest.
I was also told the salesperson would be present during installation, which did not happen. In addition, I followed up several times regarding the wind mitigation documentation I was told would be completed for me, and nothing has been provided.
The overall lack of follow-through, accountability, and communication has been frustrating. A customer should not have to repeatedly call, and chase down information for items that were promised during the sales process.
Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about ongoing support and warranty service if issues arise in the future.
I hope the company takes steps to improve transparency, financing clarity, and internal communication so other customers do not experience similar issues.
