  We were very impressed with FHIA from start to finish. Our sales representative Tommy was very knowledgeable and informative. Our field manager, Matthew was outstanding in his attention to our project and our installation crews of Carlos and Carlos were fantastic! We had a hiccup on the first day where one of the crew members had a family issue that interrupted the project, but Matthew was right on it and a second crew came out the next day and completed the project. Even the crew member that had the personal issue made sure that he left that day with the project in a semi completed clean and well organized manner. We would highly recommend FHIA for home improvement projects in the Fort Myers area.

  I had five hurricane windows installed. I have not had a very satisfactory experience with this company. The sales rep told me I purchased Pella windows that would tip out for cleaning. What they installed are brand name Custom window systems, and they do not tip out. On the day of my installation I was called and told they would not be there and I would have to reschedule after I took a day off work. They did come out the following day and install four of my windows. They said the fifth window did not come in and they would have to return later. the first install crew did a great job and although they did not speak english they made an effort through a phone translator to communicate with me. The final window was installed by a different install crew. There was no attempt to communicate by this crew and after they installed the window it did not work. It had a defective part. The field manager called me and said he would look for a replacement part and get back to me the next day. He became unavailable for a week, and did not return any of my calls or texts during that week. He called me today and said it would be 2-3 weeks for the part to come in for the final window. The crew also broke the glass out of my old window, took the aluminum and left the broken glass and the crating from the new window next to the road across the street from my house. I have made several calls to the company trying to get this unacceptable mess cleaned up to no avail. I was told again today that it would be cleaned up this afternoon, but here at 6:00 pm it is still there. I have been trying to get them to take care of this for over a week. I also called and asked to speak to the sales rep about the issue with the windows not being what I was told I was purchasing. I was told to speak to the field manager, and he told me to contact the sales rep. Last week I called and spoke to a manager, and have heard nothing from her either. I have ten windows in my home, and chose to only replace five for right now, and do the others next year. I will no be using this company for the other five windows.

  Starting with the salesman through the final I felt confident this company was going to do the job right and meet my expectations. My execution’s were exceeded from installers who were polite and skilled. Yes they cleaned up area. So check that off too. If I have to replace my sliders at any point this is the company I will call. Great job everyone.
